It has been just so cold. It has snowed a lot this year which is rare for my city. I manage to go out every other day but I need a lot of motivation to do so. Being at home depresses me as well… I try to occupy myself with the activities at home though. But I am an outdoor person.. It had been so tough.. 🙁
My morning ritual day 114
1) Write down 3 acts of gratitude
I am grateful that I should be able to go out today. I am grateful that I could finish a big part of my writing projects yesterday. I am grateful that I had a good sleep.
2)Write one positive experience within 24 hours. I saw a movie called” The girl on the train” It was interesting enough to immerse myself into it. When I saw a good movie, I really feel good about it. It was a nice 2 hours.. 🙂
3)Exercise for 15 minutes Did my daily yoga and did 35 minutes kickboxing.
4) Meditation I did meditation for 6 minutes.
5)Write a letter to someone or something to express gratitude
Dear Valerian Root, It helps me go sleep at night. I don’t need to take every day like I used to. I would rather take them instead of sleeping pills. It really helps me.Thank you! 🙂

10:00 went to downtown
12:00 Lunch at a Chinese restaurant
