Feburary 11th/Completed 30days Yoga Challege

I just did the very last 30days Yoga session. I cannot say it was easy but I was able to stick with it every single day the past 30 days. I feel the accomplishment. I am so proud of myself! 🙂

My morning ritual day 115

1) Write down 3 acts of gratitude

I am grateful that I could stick with the Yoga program. I am grateful for the food I ate at the restaurant yesterday. I am grateful that I had a good time in downtown yesterday.

2)Write one positive experience within 24 hours. Me and my hubby went to a Chinese restaurant yesterday. It was a buffet style. I ate so much until my stomach started to hurt! It was so much fan to stuff myself like that.  🙂

3)Exercise for 15 minutes Did my last daily yoga and did 30minutes Pilates

4) Meditation   I did  meditation for 6 minutes.

5)Write a letter to someone or something to express gratitude

Dear the cook at the Chinese restaurant. I really enjoyed the food yesterday. Everything was so tasty especially I really liked the dessert. I ate so much and I felt so content and happy with all the food.Thank you! 🙂

How is my day going so far

4:00 Got up/ Soy latte

4:30 Daily yoga day 30 (THE LAST DAY!)

9:00 teach

10:00 Breakfast/ banana and coffee

11:00 Pilates

12:00 Snack/ hot chocolate and apples

13:00 watched a movie

16:00 Dinner/ Salmon, egg, tofu salad, rice, orange
