I have not been feeling well. I try to take a day at a time. I try to stick with the routine as much as possible. I write, read, do some exericse every day.I have been off the medication for a week. I am not better but I don’t see that much different either. I feel like I just want to sleep not waking up… 🙁
My morning ritual day 116
1) Write down 3 acts of gratitude
I am grateful that I got to see a movie. I am grateful that I didn’t need to eat much yesterday. I am grateful that I slept a lot.
2)Write one positive experience within 24 hours.I saw a movie called” Pete’s dragon” It was a cute movie and made me cry… 🙂
3)Exercise for 15 minutes I did 30 minutes Pilates
4) Meditation I did meditation for 6 minutes.
5)Write a letter to someone or something to express gratitude
Dear the actors in the movie, I really enjoyed the movie. I liked a lot of actors there. They were so good. The plot was cute and moving. I could not help but cary the whole time! Thank you!! 🙂

6:00 Got up/ Soy latte
8:30 Breakfast/ banana and yogurt
11:00 Lunch at the sushi restaurant
13:00 Snack/ Sweet potato and chocolate
12-15:00 shopping at the mall
17:30 Dinner/ Tofu, salad, broccolis, boiled egg
