I published my book a few days ago online and I have sold 2 books so far! I cannot believe it! I didn’t think I would sell any.. I just wanted to put my workout there. It is so wonderful to know that some people actually got to read them!!
My morning ritual day 117
1) Write down 3 acts of gratitude
I am grateful that I had a fun Sunday . I am grateful for the sweet potato I had. I am grateful that I didn’t have to wait to get in the restaurant yesterday.
2)Write one positive experience within 24 hours. I had sushi for lunch. We went there as they opened. Everything was so fresh and didn’t have to wait at all. I could eat sushi once a week! 🙂
3)Exercise for 15 minutes did 25 minutes exercise with DVD
4) Meditation I did meditation for 6 minutes.
5)Write a letter to someone or something to express gratitude
Dear the stuff at the restaurant, You all were so polite and attentive. I always have a good experience. The food is important but also I would like to eat in a good atmosphere. The restaurant satisfies both! I will definitely come back soon!! Thank you!!🙂
