Feburary 14th/ Changing up the routine

I usually spend an hour so at the computer after getting up. One of my routine in the morning is to do some exricse.  I have not enjoyed working out recently but I felt good today. I did exercise the very first thing in the morning. I might want to try out this way for a while to see I feel better for the rest of the day.

My morning ritual day 118

1) Write down 3 acts of gratitude

I am grateful that I had a good workout. I am grateful I had a good sleep. I am grateful that I got to realx in the bed yesterday.

2)Write one positive experience within 24 hours. I had a great cream puff yesterday. The crust was so buttery and crunchy. The cream was so filled, it was almost over flooded. So tasty! 🙂

3)Exercise for 15 minutes   did 35 minutes exercise with DVD

4) Meditation   I did  meditation for 9 minutes.

5)Write a letter to someone or something to express gratitude

Dear the stuff at the cakeshop, You all were so polite and attentive.that was my first time to get the sweet. It was so delicous! I will definitely come back soon!! Thank you!!🙂

5:00 Got up/ Soy latte

6:30 Pre workout snack/ banana

7:00 exercise

9:00 teach
