Feburary 18th/ Running

The sun comes out a bit earlier finally so I could run the past couple of days. I want to go for a run the first thing in the morning, otherwise, I start to have a second thought. Running really helps me boost my mood even for a short time. I wish I could run every day though.. at least more often. I really cannot wait for spring coming… 🙂

My morning ritual day 121

1) Write down 3 acts of gratitude

I am grateful that I got to run. I am grateful I enjoyed talking with my student this morning. I am grateful for my health.

2)Write one positive experience within 24 hours. We stayed in all day since it was rainy. We were realxing playing games at home. It was nice to do like that .. away from people.. just hybernating… 🙂

3)Exercise for 15 minutes   I did 30 minutes run.

4) Meditation   I did  meditation for 6 minutes.

5)Write a letter to someone or something to express gratitude

Dear my winter blanket, It is super warm.I love curling up in there.. the happiest moment, expecially in a cold day like today… Thank you!🙂

How is my day going so far

6:00 Got up/ Soy latte

7:00 run

8:00 Breakfast/ rice, salmon and vegies, oranges

9:30 Snack/ Sweet potato

10:00 teach
