I have been trying to run every other day recently. Running really helps me feel good.. It seems like only while I am running, I can be truely myself the way I want to be.. very positive and my mind is so clear. I wish I could run all day long.. 🙂
My morning ritual day 123
1) Write down 3 acts of gratitude
I am grateful that I have a way to make me feel good. I am grateful I had a good sleep . I am grateful for the positive feeling.
2)Write one positive experience within 24 hours. Me and my hubby went to the old neightborhood to do some shopping. It was nice to go back once in a while to see what’s going on. 🙂
3)Exercise for 15 minutes I ran 35 minutes, 5 km
4) Meditation I did meditation for 2 minutes.
5)Write a letter to someone or something to express gratitude
Dear the stuff at the store, You were very attentive and polite. I cannot still get over how professional Japanese stuff are. I always have a great experience. Thank you so much!!🙂
How is my day going so far
6:00 Got up/ Soy latte and banana
9:00 Breakfast/ egg, yogrut, apples
10:00 went to the mall
