I need to drink more water. I’ve really been slacking with my water intake in the last few months. And I know better. I know how amazing I feel when I drink enough. So today and going forward, I will consciously make the effort to drink more.
I had a routine, 2 cups first thing in the morning, 2 cups at morning break, 2 before lunch, afternoon, dinner and then if I was thirsty in the evening or after exercise. With the change in my daily routine now, this seems to have slipped away. Sometimes I get to the end of the day and realize I’ve consumed less than 2 or 3 cups of water…..so bad!
I read an article about a man who drank a gallon of water every day for 30 days. His findings were remarkable and makes me want to try the same thing. So I’ve decided on March 1, 2017 when I start my new 30 Days, I am going to incorporate a water study of my own. Not sure a gallon is right for me. I will research to learn the best for my body, age and activity level. Better stock up on TP. 😉
