Fit and Right

To be fit is one of my bucket list. I want to be fit and healthy. That’s pretty hard to do . It requires sacrifices,discipline and a lot of hard work for me to achieve that. It challenge me of course. So be it. I jog every Sunday morning and badminton game every Saturday afternoon and cardio dance every Tuesday and Thursday.  When it comes to food. My breakfast are half cup of rice and 1 boiled egg. In lunch, I eat half rice again my viand will always be meat or chicken then dinner will be sometimes 1 slice of bread or fruits. At least I don’t skip meals you know. I hope I can make it. GOOD LUCK
