I’m really out of shape. Like really. Going from playing in sports from the age of 5 until starting college. Then still doing some activities in college. How did it happen that it came to this?
What motivates you?
Tomorrow is a new day. Let’s start with some simple changes. Then grow bigger. For me, I’m starting with some basic exercises every morning and night. An increase in water consumed daily. Getting up earlier and going to bed earlier. Little by little, hopefully I can get it all going.
