Had a great weekend and ended up with an overall drop from Friday to Sunday. Not too shabby.
B: Three eggs and a salmon burger, warrior coffee
L: Honey Vanilla Chamomile tea with coconut oil (warrior tea), tuna salad with onions

– Environment: It’s a calm, cool day, the windows are open, the cats are basking in the sunlight. It’s nice 🙂
