260.8 – Big ‘ol bounce from yesterday
I overate OP foods big time yesterday. Definitely had too many berries (when I wasn’t even hungry, I was eating just to eat), and then I enjoyed a small bowl of my own home-made guacamole. We found some *perfect* avocados at CostCo and I made some tasty guac from them. BUT I ate that when I wasn’t hungry, too, and I’m not super pleased with myself. I ate lots of OP food yesterday, but I didn’t listen to my body.
Despite how sore I was, I still went for a walk yesterday afternoon. I am still sore this morning, but not as bad as I was yesterday morning.
Today is a new day. Today marks the beginning of the last week of this crazy-stressful month, and my work deadline is Friday. I will be happy to see it come and go.

– Environment: The house is very clean and I am warm. Yay!

– Moving Forward: Will stay on plan in food (of course), but will also be focused on staying OP with portion sizes as well, and listening to my body. Am I hungry?
