Ahhhhhh, it’s over now. I slept all night and I feel fabulous this morning. I’m going to head out for a walk this morning and then spend the day relaxing

I was down a solid five pounds this month, so that was a pretty nice surprise. I thought I basically undid all of my progress over the last four days; turns out I only undid half of it Not to worry though, it will all be well.

I know that stress is my own reaction to stimuli in my environment. I have been on this planet for nearly 30 years and I’ve never not been “Stressica”- I need to figure it out and learn how to relax at work. While stress-mode seems to be when I do my best work, it’s not something I enjoy.
