260.6 – Headed back down
Sleep sleep sleep. I got great sleep last night and then woke up a little early this morning to take a walk with my dad. We kept a slower pace for 45 mins (my dad is a big dude at 6′ 2″ and 415 pounds) and it was nice to get up and moving. Dad and I discussed LCHF. He’s having a hard time sticking to the plan, (“I failed to plan, so I planned to fail”, he said) but he knows what he needs to do. He confirmed that he is going to plan out his day today, stay under 50g carbs, and see how he feels at the end of the day.
We’re prepping for our birthday party this weekend. Hubs and I have the same birthday, so we just have one big party with all of our friends and family. The menu is LCHF and our friends will be none the wiser 😆 We’ll all be playing board games, card games, etc.
