Where you stand.

Where you are standing (or sitting) what do you see around you? Really think about it. Don’t give the most basic answer you can come up with, really think about it. Don’t use your brain or mind, use your heart to describe the things around you.

As I sit here at work I see people. I see one person who is so focused on what they are doing that they probably didn’t even noticed that a rubber band just went flying across the room. (Don’t ask haha). I see 5 computers maybe 6 that are actively in use and being told what to say or do. I see a woman at her desk wearing a maroon sweater working on whatever it is she’s working on and talking to a co-worker helping them with a task they just started this morning and need to get done before they leave for home this evening.

You can sit in your chair or stand there and try to come up with ways to describe what you see, but in reality of it all, you can’t always do that. It’s not going to always be as easy as 1, 2, 3… Everyone can make you think it’s easy, but there are times where you just need to listen to yourself. Not what someone else tells you, but yourself. Listen to your heart and let your mind melt away. You will be surprised at what you find in life from doing that.

So again, where you are sitting or standing, what do you see around you?
