Bowl of Honey Nut Cherrios with almond milk

Lunch

Two naan wraps with sauteed green/yellow bell peppers and red onion, side salad made of leafy greens, cucumber slices, 1/2 roma tomato, a few pieces of chicken breast meat, and leftover slices of turkey, a banana, and a cup of coconut water.

Dinner

Wild caught salmon, 1 zucchini, 1 yellow crookedneck squash, 2 kiwis, and a cup of coconut water

Night snack

Baby carrots dipped in pesto sauce
