Woohoo! Goal achieved! 162!

Yay!  After 67 days I’ve finally achieved my goal of lowering my cholesterol down from 299 to 162!  I had to give up some good food and turn down a few extra dinner outings (but not completely).  With good exercise (~45-60 min for 4-5 days/week) this was achievable. 

I’ll probably continue this journal a bit longer but may not post my mundane meals.  I might turn this into a cooking creations journal next.
