255.4 – New Low!
A’72 Induction eating is… simple. So simple. Restrictive? Definitely. Haha it makes me think that eating some nuts or avocado would be a “cheat” However, as a tool to help me rev up my losses again, I’ll go with it. I know that Dr. Atkins recommended adding carbs back in once you’ve reached your goal weight/comfort level for weight, so those carbs for me, someday, will be nuts, avocado, etc. so basically back to LCHF once I’m done with Induction eating.
I’ll just go with the flow. I’ll listen to my body, but I am ready for the weight loss train to keep a-movin’. That being said, I have never had so many compliments in my life on my weight loss than I did these last two weeks, and I can feel that my body is different even though the number on the scale had stalled.
And so it goes.

L: Ham, a pickle, and a tin of smoked salmon with avocado mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and dill to make a little salmon salad
D: Salsa chicken, light on the salsa
