To the Person Behind the Mirror,
I’ve always been able to appreciate the beauty in little things. Like a really fluffy cloud or the way dandelions turn to puffballs and caterpillars turn into butterflies or the changing of the seasons. Or the laughter of children and their amazing ability to learn. I am constantly in awe of the beauty of nature and the human spirit.
You would think that being able to find wonder in every day like that would make me a happy, well-adjusted person. The truth is, I often find myself thinking: “The world is so beautiful, I don’t deserve to exist in it.”
I’ll write again.
