255.4 – Down 2.2 from yesterday, but I have not undone the damage I caused to myself yet.

Firmly on-plan yesterday. Every bite was tracked and accounted for, and it felt good to be eating normally again. My body sure thanks me for it- I hadn’t had a stomach ache in months… until this last weekend. Thanks but no thanks, junk food.
