261.2 – Down 3.4 since yesterday
Stayed fully OP yesterday. I realized I wasn’t even hungry until about 11 AM, and even then I was only a little peckish. I still ate my eggs and butter to be sure that I wasn’t going to be ravenous by the time lunch rolled around.
Today Dad and I are walking again, and it feels good to get back into the swing of things. My stomach, skin, and head thank me, too: it’s nice not waking up with a stomach ache, developing a headache during the day, and knowing that this acne will leave me in a few days. Buh-bye, I won’t miss any of you three.
I swear, if anything will keep me on-plan in the long-run, no matter how many times I lead myself astray eating-wise, it will be those three immediate symptoms that make sure I get myself back on track quick.
