256.4 – Up a little

A bounce after a huge drop due to sickness was expected. I’m just keepin’ on plugging away.

I am going to be working toward fasting again. My body’s adapted to the exercise routine and I’m over being ill- it’s time.

Walk with Dad today.

B: (Will hold off on eating breakfast for as long as possible to help get me back into fasting) Two eggs, four slices of bacon, black coffee with coconut oil
L: Grilled chicken breast with mayonnaise and mustard, small spinach salad
D: Burger patties
