Having an allergy means that one has to constantly check on what’s inside the food or drink. I tell you: it is not an easy job. More often than not, we do not have access to the ingredient list of food in restaurants or stalls. The only time one can check the allergens contained in the food or drink is when it is packaged food. So, when I eat in restaurants, I have to heavily rely on my eyes’ ability to observe and my nose’s ability to smell. It is not 100% accurate, but most of the time, it gets the job done.
