Chicken coconut cauliflower rice whatever. No need to marinate, just fry the chicken like day 1 with the curry. Lunch was kind of gross. The celiac bloat did not help.
Dinner, I cheated. Still in keto, but off meal plan. Had no desire to cook when everything was/is hurting. Got a baconator, and made myself avocado fries (seriously, try these now), with mayo. Had to balance the protein out with a bit of extra fat.
Sore as shit and it’s bed time. Finished the diary on time!
