Yesterday I began the Keto diet. The only knowledge I had was a few blogs I read. I basically ate boiled eggs and bacon. (I was very excited to be able to eat bacon. I have spent my life avoiding demon bacon). About 3 this morning I woke up hungry. Again I didn’t know what to eat. Boiled egg,bacon…….then I saw a summer squash I had.  I cooked the squash and ate it with bacon and egg. I made some coffee and enjoyed a cup. My stomach felt better than it had in a while. I went back to bed and slept another 4 hours. I felt good when I woke up. 

Today the town ladies had a luncheon. I was able to modify a grilled chicken salad and drank water. Now my head is foggy and I want to sleep. I had been told that I might have flu-like symptoms while adjusting to this diet. We will see if I can do this.
