Day 5, success!

Stepped on the scale. Down 6 lbs. What. 

Breakfast was good. Flax seed focaccia bread made into French toast. Took a lot cause I didn’t expect it to be as totally filling as it was. Had 1 out of 3 slices and was stuffed. I’ll probably finish those for dinner. 

Lunch was bison patty with asparagus and avocado. Bison is lean, so not sure why it was what we were tasked to make. It was good, just going to have reg beef next time? More fat and cheaper. But! It was pretty good. Pretty stuffed.
