30 Days of Motivation

September is really the new year in my opinion. ¬†Everything gets back on track, schedules are made, routines are put in place and we all take a minute to look in the mirror and wonder what the heck happened over the summer. ¬†Hot dogs, chips, drinks on the deck….it’s a whole thing. ¬†Summer is amazing, but it’s hell on the body 😉¬†

September is when I start fresh, clean up my diet and get serious about my fitness and well being. This takes a lot of motivation so it’s the perfect 30 days to reflect and find the drive to do my best. ¬†
