Day 25 – 30 Days of Motivation

I am getting back to the gym. I haven’t been there for 2 weeks, mostly because I was so busy getting my office in order.  I didn’t have time to exercise or the energy to show up anywhere. 

I was so exhausted every night. I do know I spent a lot of calories cleaning my office and maybe even built a few muscles 💪🏼

So this week is go time. Back to the gym. Back to the yoga studio. Water. Good food. Lots of sleep. Regular work hours.  Let’s do this!
