Day 30 – 30 Days of Motivation

Am I done being motivated?  I hope so…it’s a lot of work!  

I feel more energetic, more in tune with myself, more in control. I’ve stepped up my workout routines and am hitting classes more frequently and with more intensity. 

I can tell because most days my body has been screaming with recovery pain….the best kind ever!  

I am excited to move through this fall and winter and continue hitting my goals and feeling well….gotta go; time to rest and repair.
