Things I need to do ASAP to prevent an existential crisis:

1. Stop obsessing over other people’s lives & successes 

2. Take a social media break as necessary

3. Journal more 

4. Love on my fiancé and family more

5. Work on myself after my 9-5

6. Go to the gym regularly and stop making excuses

7. Find my passion and purpose and turn it into a career

8. Stop complaining 

9. Focus less on what I don’t have and focus more on what I do

10. Be Content.

11. Trust God

12. Trust the process
