Okay so I am NOT the healthiest person alive and I am not afraid to admit it, BUT I do want to get better ASAP because next year for my 21st birthday I will be going to Vegas and I won’t just be celebrating my birthday, but I will also be celebrating my graduation from beauty school and I couldn’t be more ecstatic. So some things that I have come across that may help you are listed below.

- Working out. Whether you go for a walk or a run or you go to the gym, at least once a day you should be active. For me I am always on my feet from 530pm-1030pm because of schooling and the fact that I have clients whom I have to take care of while I am there. But, for the most part I am working hard on getting into the gym.
- Eat healthy. ALRIGHTY! Now I know that everyone says this at one point in your life, but it’s true. Don’t eat out or at fast food joints (saves you money too). Don’t drink a crap ton of alcohol and if you can like some can get rid of caffeine like soda and coffee.
- Get 8 hours of sleep. This might sound silly, but the more sleep you get the better you will feel and the more likely you are to loose weight quicker. Getting good sleep stimulates the body and activates something (just what I was told) and your body is more likely to loose weight a little quicker than if you were getting barely any sleep.
- Drink a lot of water. When I say a lot I don’t mean like a glass or two. I mean you drink water all day everyday and I mean like water bottles full and you finish that bottle you get more right away. That’s what I mean when I say A LOT.
That ladies and gents is all I have for now because I haven’t found anything else that might be helpful at this point. I am working really hard to get myself back on track so that I can not only look good next year, but so I can have a healthier lifestyle.
