10/24/2017: Dieting Challenges

I have begun the ever so unhappy dieting again. I hate doing this so much, but I know that it is usually needed. 

I have started going to the gym and now I am only drinking water and if I want coffee its something low in sugar and a super small amount. I hate this no caffeine no carbs things I am doing. Now I would like to clarify tho that the no carbs doesn’t mean 100% no carbs. I mean no bad carbs. So no white breads, no rice, no pasta, and NO SODA! 

I drink soda like it’s my life, so when I don’t drink it, my mouth craves the carbonation so I have been steering towards flavored carbonated water. It’s gross as I hate carbonated water, but when it’s the only way I am going to get carbonation I will drink it. Anyway, I love to eat pasta and bread too so this is going to be hard, but I know I can do it. I have faith in myself and in all that I have yet to accomplish. I know that I will be happy when I am done for the count. 

I have to order some like meal prep containers this week so that on Sunday next weekend I can do meal prep for the week. I haven’t figured out how I am going to do this but I will figure it out eventually. I know that my body will thank me later.
