Why do I feel angry?

So I’ve traced it to negative childhood experiences from age 5 and earlier. Humans reach 90% of their adult brain size by age 5 so a lot of their behavior is determined by then.

I always feel this weird angry back tension in my left back….when I try to trace the memory causing it seems to be my Mom being angry at me and disciplining me at an early age maybe age 3 or 4.

I had no idea such early childhood experiences would still bother me at this age.

I wonder if there’s anyway to recondition myself out of those negative childhood experiences…I still feel that angry back tension everyday….I probably will until I die.
