21 Day Fast – Day 2

All is going well during the fast.  I honestly believe deep down I can achieve the 28 day fast. If I look far too skinny on the 21st day, then I’ll cut it short to there and carry out a controlled calorie week following that. 

After watching the TED talks, I have no doubt in my mind about the benefits of fasting. 

Can’t wait to get to day 3/4 and eradicate the hunger levels.

 

Day 2 Completed.     Roughly the same difficulty as day 1.  

On a scale of difficulty(which would factor in mental and physical cravings etc.) 

6/10.
