21 Day Fast – Day 5

Another great day although muscles are quite sore! This is going to be due to intense workouts and no protein to repair the muscle.  

EDIT : 10PM – 

My energy levels are noticeabely dropping towards 5-6pm  and then crashing from their on out.  The fasting is definately a mental battle rather than a physical one.  I don’t have any stomach hunger pangs, growling etc. but I have some mental cravings about certain foods in particular. 

Sugar is kind of off-putting right now but I really fancy chicken salad, Nandos etc.
