I used to like milk and cereal.

I don’t know what I ate last night that made my stomach have runs and sweat while on the john?!  Sorry if that’s too descriptive lol.  Only thing I could think of I ate like 3 or maybe 4? bowls of granola/oats/almonds/raisins + milk after dinner.  Does lactose intolerant symptoms make you sweat when you’re having runs? I don’t normally drink that much milk.

Glad it’s over I must have unintentionally shed 2 lbs from that episode /sheez.  My stomach hurt so bad I thought I was going to die ouch!  Then yesterday I got worked up mad! and ended up exercising harder – I did more repetitions and today my abs feel it.  Doesn’t hurt a lot a lot but I feel them.  Good pain.

Today I’m feeling happy.  My bf wants to know my ring size so he can buy me a ring.  He’s real.  We’ve been together for almost 10 years and through many trials and tribulations.  Almost broke up how many times.  But now I feel we can work through things.  It won’t be easy and I hope I don’t regret this but I have to follow my heart and it lies with him.  After all the failed marriages and relationships, is he the one?
