Summary of my Diet (29 weeks = 41.4 pounds lost)

That must be my favorite 7-letter word for Life.

I wanted to summarize my weight loss and gains since I started 29 weeks ago.

Started @ 181.6 pounds:

Week 1 = lost 4.2 pounds, Week 2 = gained 1 pound, Week 3 = gained 0.4 pounds, Week 4 = 2.8 pounds lost, Week 5 = 3 pounds lost, Week 6 = 2.8 pounds lost, Week 7 = 0.4 pounds gained, Week 8 = 0.4 pounds gained, Week 9 = 0.6 pounds lost, Week 10 = 3.8 pounds lost, Week 11 = no loss/gain, Week 12 = 1.4 pounds lost, Week 13 = 2.6 pounds lost, Week 14 = 1.6 pounds lost, Week 15 = 0.2 pounds gained, Week 16 = 3.6 pounds lost, Week 17 = 2.4 pounds lost, Week 18 = 0.8 pounds lost, Week 19 = 0.6 pounds gained, Week 20 = 2.2 pounds lost, Week 21 = 3.2 pounds lost, Week 22 = 0.4 pounds gained, Week 23 = 2.2 pounds gained, Week 24 = 4.8 pounds lost, Week 25 = 1.2 pounds lost, Week 26 = 1 pound lost, Week 27 = 0.2 pounds lost, Week 28 = 0.6 pounds lost, Week 29 = 4.2 pounds lost.

Today I am on Week 30.  Today I weighed in @ 140.02 pounds.

During the 3 major holidays too! I’ve survived Halloween and Thanksgiving.  Now to get through Christmas and through New Year’s and then just work on maintaining.  It feels sooooooo good to feel thin.  Thank you, self!
