m e d i t a t i o n

I really want to start meditating. I’ve been thinking about this for a long time and I’ve even watched a couple of youtube videos on the pros and cons of it all. I just want to have a broader perspective as to who I am as a person and meditation is like a bridge between our mind and our body.

 I just want to be able to discipline my mind and not the other way round . So I’m going to finish drinking my green tea and play some serene indie music, light a few candles and do it for about ten minutes.
