What I ate for dinner today

Kale salad.

Broccoli, microwave steamed.

(1) package 3.5 oz. of roasted sea salt Chick Peas aka Garbanzo beans.


I ate ALL of the above for dinner.  Washed it down with ice cold water.

Now for my instant cup of coffee/creamer.

I’m not a vegetarian.  There’s just a reason why they are thinner.  I will need more B12 next week hopefully I can lose these 3 pounds I gained.  Bah! 3 pounds better than more than 30 pounds eh?
