How To Lose Weight:
1. Eat less otherwise cut down your serving size.
2. Eat the right foods.
3. Drink more water.
4. Take a Multi-vitamin daily.
5. Exercise.
6. Buy a scale and track progress.

I am lucky this simple plan worked for me.  Especially since I don’t have much $$$ coming in.  I also find myself trying not to spend on food.  Because I can’t sigh.

Trying to keep innocent.  But stay hopeful and mature hahahaha.
