Day 11

I went to the gym today!! I was getting worried I would not have the self motivation to go once it was like 3 pm, but I asked my husband if he would go with me and this helped me actually get off the couch & go to the gym. Once I am at the gym, I give my workout 100%. It is just the getting-there part that is difficult. I used a different program on my Aaptiv app and at first, I did not like it as much as the first one. The music was not as upbeat as the other one and it was a lower resistance and lower incline than the first. However, it was 8 minutes longer and man did I feel the difference. I got better results with this one so even though the music was not as good, I will try this one again before moving on to try an intermediate program.

 

Food:

-Breakfast: 2 Waffles (Nutrisystem), a serving of peanut butter (powerfuel) and two servings of maple syrup (extras). These were your typical frozen waffle but I was pleasantly surprised that the serving size was 2 waffles. I love putting peanut butter on waffles & pancakes so glad it meets the criteria needed. Definitely would order these again.

-AM Snack: 1/2 cup of tuna (powerfuel) and 1 tablespoon of low calorie mayonnaise (my last extra).

-Lunch: Four cheese melt (Nutrisystem) and two servings of vegetables. This was just like a cheese hot pocket but it definitely was not skimping on the cheese. Lots of cheese & sauce inside. Would order this again.

-PM Snack: 1/2 cup of low sugar apple juice (smart carb) and 1 slice of low calorie colby jack cheese (power fuel).

-Dinner: Broccoli stuffed chicken breast (Nutrisytem). I had a couple of these in the freezer so had to duplicate this time. Also had two servings of vegetables.

-Evening snack: Soft pretzel (nutrisystem). I originally would not have ordered this but it came in the first mix-up order with the favorites. It tastes just like any other soft pretzel. It is not salted. You can dip it in mustard but me being a picky eater, not an option. Would not order this again.

 

I am going to try and make it to the gym three times in a week which means I have to go either tomorrow or Wednesday. Right now I am leaning towards Wednesday because I have to flex my lunch that day and feel like it will be more beneficial.
