I KILLED it at the gym today! Burned more calories than I have before & super happy I went two days in a row. I am going to do a mid-week weigh in tomorrow (4 days since I weighed in, 4 days until I weigh in officially again) just to see how it is going. I went with my family to a birthday dinner but did not order anything besides a Diet Coke. I stayed most of the meal but had to leave early because I was getting hungry & did not want to stray away from the program. Not going to lie, that was really difficult.
-Breakfast: Sweetened Os cereal (Nutrisystem) and low-fat milk (power fuel). This was supposed to be a version of Cheerios. It was NO WHERE NEAR Cheerios! The cereal tasted like straight cardboard. And I would hate to try what the non-sweetened version would be because there was zero taste of sweetness. Definitely would not order again.
-AM Snack: 1/2 cup of tuna (PF) and light mayo (extra)
-Lunch: Cheddar Broccoli Rice (NS) and two servings of vegetables. The amount was a decent portion and it wasn’t bad. But it also wasn’t great either. I could go either way on whether I would order it again.
-PM Snack: Wheat bread (Smartcarb) and two tablespoons of peanut butter (PF).
-Dinner: Fiesta Mac n Cheese (NS) and two servings of vegetables. This was DELICIOUS!! Definitely a good portion size and the cheese sauce had just a hint of spice. I made sure to update my next order to include a few of these. Plus, it helped to dip my veggies in the left over sauce.
-Evening Snack: Milk chocolate covered pretzels (NS). Portion size was not a good value but it was tasty. It did have a small hint of the diet version of chocolate but it was not overwhelming. I probably would order this again.
I am waiting to check my inches lost until the end of the month but I feel like my stomach has shrunk a bit. It will be interesting to see how many inches I can lose in a month.
