Sadness occurred to me when;
1.) Someone I love moves far away.
2.) When I have a lot of stress going on at home and school.
3.) I get yelled at a lot or judged for being me.
4.) When I get out of a long relationship.
5.) losing a friend.
6.) Just sad because maybe life isn’t going good for me.
7.) Being excluded from a conversation.
8.) Someone dying.
9.) A pet dying.
10.) arguing with people.
