I can tell it is getting harder for my husband to get used to my new lifestyle. We have to find ways to create dates that aren’t revolved around food. So today we compromised. I decided to flex my lunch today instead of tomorrow and we went to Outback (we got a gift card for Christmas). I went online and used my dining out guide to pick a healthier entree before I went. It was very difficult to not indulge in the free bread but once my entree was there, I felt fine.
-breakfast: Canadian ham, cheese and egg muffin (nutrisystem) and low fat milk (powerfuel). Decent size sandwich but not the biggest fan of ham so would not order it again.
-AM Snack: I forgot to eat it before it was too close to lunch time .
-lunch: grilled chicken with seasonal mixed veggies and a side of BBQ sauce (outback). Average sized chicken breast. Glad the BBQ sauce was on the side so I could choose how much to use. The vegetables were cooked in butter which annoyed me but overall very good lunch .
-PM Snack: banana (smartcarb). Did not eat a powerfuel as I had a heavier lunch.
-dinner: chicken parmesan (nutrisystem) and two servings of vegetables. As stated before, it was good but not my favorite.
-evening snack: soft pretzel (nutrisystem) glad this was the last one. So plain.
