If it isn’t spicy, it isn’t worth eating

Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy eating sweet things, but when I treat myself it isn’t an ice cream cone or a brownie. My go to is an order of Singapore chow mei fun from the local Chinese place. I always order it extra spicy, they always ask me if I am sure. Even then it is never spicy enough for me, so I keep a bottle of chili oil at home to doctor it myself. Just thinking about it makes my mouth water. I suppose this is a benefit of being raised on a mixture of southern and korean comfort foods. I have an iron gut.
