  1. Sit down, take deep breath and on a piece of paper write your feelings and emotions – just for yourself. Think about how long have you been feeling this way and don’t beat yourself down over those moods and emotions.. I would recommend taking look at: “Mind over mood” book, if you want to dig deeper into those feelings and maybe understand them better. And there are people you can talk to.. it’s a great feeling to be able to say what you feel out loud. You’re not alone! Fight on 🙂
