I have been having some trouble to fall asleep in the past weeks. Unfortunately, I have to get up early for my job, so it has been bothering me quite a lot. During this time, I came up with a couple of techniques that help me fall asleep. I find it that a 30-minute workout during the day helps me fall asleep quicker. I also have an alarm clock widget that plays ambient sounds that help me fall asleep. Drinking a cup of camomile tea has also proven to be a relaxing way to catch sleep earlier.
