Working out that is! I’ve never liked it and probably never will. It is so much easier to just sit on the couch to read or watch TV rather then get off of my ass and do a workout. I tried the gym, not for me. I only joined about 10 times and I am good for about a month or two and then i lose interest. I find all the excuses in the world to now go. Its too cold, too busy, im too tired, i have a headache. Trust me, I’ve used them all. Speaking of the gym, I am still paying for a membership that I haven’t used since November. It need to get to cancel it, again. But since i got engaged, I decided that something needed to be done. Its been a source of motivation for me. A few months ago, i found a 30 day challenge online and decided to give it a go. It was an everyday workout with a mix of jumping jacks, squats, planks, push-ups, wall-sit and crunches. It started off fairly easy (minus the planks) but then it just got harder. My last week i had to do 300 jumping jacks. Are you kidding me? 250 squats? Wow! But i did it!! I finished the challenge and lose 9 lbs while doing so. I was pretty proud of myself. I never finished anything workout related. I took a few rest days and moved on to my second challenge. Body revolution by Jillian Michael. A 3 months workout program. I’ve done the first month before but never finished it. And now I’m half way through it. I don’t always feel like it but i still get up 6 days out of 7 and do my workout.
