Day 1

Last night I downloaded a new macro counter. I figured, couldn’t hurt. Today I used it and stayed within keto untill I came home. Then had eggs (carb free), bacon (unsure), cheese (carbs), and nuts (carbs). Ok so overall, I avoided all the sugar traps at work. And while I want above the carb amount for keto, i still deffinaly stayed on the fat burning train. Even the alcoholic beverage I had tonight was la cruse and vodka unflavored. I am going to call today a win. Tomarrow I am traveling out of town for the day. We shall see how this goes.
