Day 2

Today was all about my dad and his health. So I did not track my macros, but I didn’t cheat on sugar. For lunch I took the meat off the arbys sandwich. Cheese for a snack and supper at home. Tomarrow is another day but today is a win against the sugar train.

In other news I have to decided to go ahead with my side hussel. Even though it makes me scared and nervious.
